Who we are
Vivid Lead Desk is a private application run by Vivid Concept, Inc., 1551 North La Brea Ave. #230, Los Angeles, CA 90028. Our team uses it to read, organize and answer the Google Local Services leads of clients who have given us access to their advertising accounts.
Google data we access
- Sign-in details: the name and email address of the person who signs in.
- Google Ads and Local Services data: campaign settings and performance, and each lead the client received, including the caller or sender’s name and phone number, message text, call details and call recordings.
- Business Profile data: the client’s business name, hours, services and service areas, once Google approves that access.
How we use it
Only to show and organize the client’s leads, calls and messages, help the client respond to leads, report the outcome of each lead back to Google, and review campaign and business profile settings. We do not sell Google data or use it for advertising.
How we store and protect it
Data is stored with our hosting provider and encrypted in transit. Access is limited to named Vivid Concept staff, and credentials are kept in a protected secrets store, not in code.
Retention and deletion
We keep client data for as long as we need it to provide the service. To request deletion, contact us below.
Google API Services policy
Vivid Lead Desk’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
